+ Do you accept card payment? 

     We accept all cards via contactless.  The bar comes inclusive with an EPOS sales system. Our card facilities will be subject to  having  good access to a mobile signal.  

+When do you need access the venue?

     If we haven't been to the venue before we would like to visit to check it's suitability. We may even suggest to setup the day before to ensure everything is ready for your special event.

+ Who takes care of  licensing?

     We take care of all licensing aspects on your behalf when you have confirmed your booking.

+ Are uniformed staff included?

     Yes. We will provide a dedicated  manager and a fully trained bar team member for each event.  They will wear branded black polo shirts.    

+  What are the drinks served in?

     We provide a range of sustainable glassware and can tailor to your event.   

+ How far will you travel?

     We cover a 35 mile radius from Sutton Coldfield. However we are more than prepared to travel further. Please contact us.  

+ Is an electric point required? 

     A 3 pin plug socket would be ideal to supply electricity to the mobile unit. However a generator can be sourced , if required for venue.

    + Do you have insurance?

     Yes. We are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability.     

+ What time do you serve until?

     We have to adhere to local licensing and venue restriction. We can discuss hours to suit your wishes.

+ Would  you provide hot beverages?

     Yes. We serve a selection of fresh bean to cup coffee, tea's and hot seasonal choices.
